PC Residential Construction Ltd is a family-owned construction and project management company based on the Hibiscus Coast and working Auckland-wide.
Phil Comery is the director of the company; he’s a family man who has lived in Orewa for 25 years; he’s worked in construction for 20+ years and offers a great blend of experience and energy.
Phil leads a flexible team of nine builders; they are all fully kitted, NZ-trained and LBP licensed or on the apprenticeship pathway.
We work closely with another building contractor and his team; this enables us to spread our workload in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Between us, the two lead builders have over 50 years’ experience; we share the same commitment to high standards and personal accountability.

Our Expertise
Phil has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. He is experienced, careful, resourceful and professional. He is ALWAYS accountable.
He runs a flexible, efficient, fully kitted, NZ-trained crew.
Over recent years, he and his team have worked on high-end renovations in Remuera, Herne Bay and Parnell.
Villa restorations are where Phil’s passion for quality craftsmanship really comes into its own.
He is an experienced project manager over-seeing, for example, the complete re-roof of the Landmark Tavern (an historic building in Panmure) along with the associated medical centre and RSA building.
New builds and commercial work: over recent times, PC Residential Construction has completed a long term project for a major housing company on the Hibiscus Coast; it was one of the sub-contractors refurbishing a large hotel in the CBD; it refurbished a large office building in central Auckland; it is undertaking a beautiful boutique new build in West Auckland and a more substantial new build in Coatesville.
